Founder & CEO
Founded in 2013 by Dr. Pam Heir, Asheir Manor and later Asheir Homes (2019) was born from a deeply personal mission — to provide seniors with the compassionate, dignified care they deserve in a true home environment. Our homes offer personalized care plans, home-cooked meals, and a loving atmosphere that feels like family.
Under the continued leadership of Pam Heir, we remain committed to our founding values — treating every resident with the warmth, respect, and individualized attention they deserve, just as we would for our own loved ones.
